- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
- In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:
- If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can rectify the situation care@offdayshair.com.
- For any product quality feedback, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
- Off Days is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other location
- The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
