No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:
If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can rectify the situation care@offdayshair.com.
For any product quality feedback, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
Off Days is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
